Spot Color

The most common type of printing for basic designs and logos with solid fill areas is called spot color screen printing. We can print a maximum of 12 colors on our large automatic presses.

Spot Color w/ Half Tones

Similar to spot color but incorporating gradients of those colors to give depth to a design yet not as complicated as a full color process design.

4 Color Process

Photographic reproduction on white garments or bags is done using CYMK or four color process screen printing. Don't be fooled by the name, this process uses between 5-7 screens.

Simulated Process

Photographic reproduction on colored or dark garments is done using simulated process screen printing. This is the most difficult and costly type of screen printing and uses between 8-10 screens.

It's important to understand some basics about the different screen printing approaches and the costs associated with each so you can design your art in a way that will look great and stay within your budget.
